100% perfect all of the time. Since our customers should expect to receive 100% of the
heating and cooling value they’re invested in, we offer an exclusive “No Lemon” guarantee.
Simply stated, if the compressor in your air conditioner should fail during the first five
years of ownership or the heat exchanger in your furnace should crack during the first five
years of ownership and install a completely new one.

Morrow Mechanical guarantees that when the heating or air conditioning equipment we have
installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and
maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. We have
promised a temperature of no more than plus or minus 1 degree on your electronic digital
thermostat whether heating or cooling your home. If the desired temperature is not achieved,
we will make any upgrades, modifications or repairs necessary to reach the desired
temperature at no charge to you for a period of 5 years.

We agree to accept responsibility for your complete satisfaction with the material we use
and workmanship provided by us, and paid for by you. During the first year, if you are
dissatisfied with the performance of the heating or air conditioning equipment, our services,
