Upon arrival customer stated that the out door fan was making a weird humming noise like it was off balance. System is operating just as it should and the system is level. She also stated one room wasn't as cold as the others found the vent only half way open so I opened it all the way and the system is operating properly at this time

When she turned the system back on this morning it's been running and cooling fine since. Pressures look good got a 22 temp drop across the coil.
