"On the late afternoon of Thursday, 28 September while I was outside my home I noticed a wet spot on the ground in a flower bed.  Upon a closer look I could see water dripping from the roof above me. Then I look up higher on the house where the AC overflow pipe is located, I could see water dripping. There was defiantly a problem that if not corrected would cause a mess.   As a “Preferred Morrow Mechanical Customer” I called your office immediately.  Since it was after hours I left a voice message requesting assistance.  To my surprise one of your team members called me and within 30-minutes she scheduled a service tech to arrive the very next morning, Friday, 29 September.  Your technician located the clogged drain line, cleared it solving the issue before it could cause and damage.  Additionally the tech performed our winter heater check and AC check.   Thank you for outstanding performance and for your commitment to your loyal customers.  With so many questionable HVAC companies serving  The Woodlands, we are thankful we discovered you nearly ten years ago.  Your technicians are always courteous and friendly but most of all they are professionals.
